Hoover Materials

The Hoover Materials department is equipped to handle all of your pole building material needs. We stock and sell to the general public all of the materials that we use every day to construct pole buildings all around South Carolina. From nails, screws, and bolts to metal siding and trim, Hoover’s materials department has it all. Ready to take on a whole pole building? Hoover even sells full Pole Building Packages, so you can spend less time ordering, and more time working on that new building of yours! Our staff in the materials department draws on years of knowledge from building all around the state to make sure you always have the right materials for the job. Sold? Hoover is partnered with Central States Manufacturing, and primarily supplies materials for post-framed buildings. We also supply steel roofing supplies from Central States, and is the go-to place for all of your steel roofing needs.

Orders typically are ready within 2 business days and can be picked up between 9:00AM-3:00PM Monday through Friday.

Knowing the roof dimensions and roof pitch help us make sure we get you exactly the right order for whatever you roofing project is.

All we ask is that you bring a truck or trailer with enough room for the length of steel between 9:00AM and 3:00PM. This ensures our crew will be able to help get your materials loaded, and you back on the jobsite as quickly as possible.

Yes we can! We can deliver materials on orders over $2,000*. At Hoover we have our own fleet of delivery trucks, so you can know that your materials will be on time, every time. (*Delivery fee for these orders varies by location)

Ordering doesn’t have to be a hassle with the Hoover Materials Department. When ordering we are happy to give advice on the best techniques and applications available for our materials, so you can avoid all of the costly mistakes arising from ordering and re-ordering materials from multiple distributors trying to work together.

3 Quality of Steel

Hoover stocks all of its steel panels from Central States Manufacturing and does so because they understand the quality of steel required for our buildings. That same quality is available to you at the Hoover Materials department. Our panels can feature a thicker paint coating that is warranted by Central States for up to a LIFETIME!* The steel also features a galvalume coating and is Energy Star rated. We stock non-warranty clear coated Galvalume sheets in 2’ Increments from 10’-20’ and several painted sheet lengths on site. All warranted panels and other colors can typically be ordered and ready for pickup 2 business days.

4 Pickup & Delivery Options

At Hoover we get it, less time spent on the jobsite is less time being used for the things that matter. At Hoover we make sure your material orders are both on time and correct. Materials are typically available for pickup within 2 business days and can be picked up between 9:00AM-3:00PM Monday through Friday. Have a larger order? Hoover offers delivery options for orders over $2,000 to reduce your downtime even more, so you can focus on your building and not your supplier. (*Delivery fee varies by location)
